Natalie D’Azzo, LMT, RYT
Licensed Massage Therapist | Registered Yoga Teacher
Natalie is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist and an advocate for holistic wellness. She found yoga in 2005 by taking classes at the gym. She first experienced yoga as great exercise, but soon realized it was much more. Yoga, meditation and breath work taught her how to control stress and anxiety and this was life changing. Natalie went on to deepen her study of yoga in 2008 by becoming a registered yoga teacher. Yoga teacher training sparked her interest in anatomy and physiology which led her to massage school. Natalie became a licensed massage therapist in 2010 and has been teaching yoga and doing massage full-time ever since.
She has studied a variety of holistic topics including nutrition, herbalism, and Ayurveda along with different massage modalities. Natalie is certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork and Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Massage). Natalie is also certified in prenatal yoga. Natalie’s massages are customized, effective, nurturing and very relaxing. Natalie is currently in graduate school at UCF pursuing a M.S. in Sport and Exercise Science with a focus on Sport Nutrition.
Natalie offers deep tissue massage, Swedish/relaxation massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork, and Abhyanga. Abhyanga is an Ayurvedic heated oil massage combined with energy therapy. The oil is infused with herbs or essential oils, which are then warmed, applied liberally to the body and massaged into the skin in a particular pattern. The goal of the massage is to balance energies according to your specific needs.
Diane Black, RYT
Prana Chikitsa Practitioner | Registered Yoga Teacher
Diane’s yoga journey began In college when introduced to “The Upanishads,” one of India’s Sacred texts. The teachings and beliefs resonated deeply with her personal philosophy. After a few years of Sadhana (spiritual practice) it was a natural progression to explore the physical asana practice of yoga. Over the course of many years Diane has studied Bikram, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Integral Hatha Yoga, always finding the spiritual limb at the heart of her practice.
Overcoming two Breast Cancer diagnoses in twelve years, Diane was never more certain that her years of spiritual studies and physical practice not only prepared her for her walk with cancer, but more importantly provided her the tools to remain calm, breathe, and bring healing and perseverance in the face of it all. With a longing to share with others what has served her so well for so many years, Diane completed her 200-hour teacher training with the Central Florida Hatha School in 2013.
As part of her continuous commitment to health and wellness through yoga, Diane received her Certification in Therapeutic Yoga from the Amrit Yoga Institute November 2013. With a personal understanding of how the body is a storehouse of emotions, causing imbalances and dis-ease, the process seeks to increase health, alleviate stress and open pathways to obtaining a deeper connection with the Self, the Source, and the light which resides in each of us.
In addition, Diane is a certified Interpreter for the Deaf, an active member of Deaf Yoga Foundation and is dedicated to providing accessibility of Yoga to the Deaf Community.
Reiki Practitioner | Certified Yoga Teacher
Sunny is a certified Reiki Practitioner that has a deep passion for healing the energetic body. When it comes to healing the body from dis-ease Reiki gets to the source of the problem. We can try to heal the physical body with doctors, surgery and prescription drugs but these options can only do so much and often times leave you feeling worse. When you heal the etheric, energetic body then the physical body can begin the come back into balance. Sunny also has a very strong meditation practice which alows her to channel spirit. She combines channeling spirit during her Reiki sessions so that she can receive greater clarity as to where the body needs healing.
Monette truly believes that each and everyone of us can heal ourselves. With that in mind her sessions are customized to provide each client with what they need to jump start their inner healer.
During her sessions she uses her intuition along with different healing modalities to balance the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical bodies.
Monette is a Certified LifeForce Energy Healing Practioner, Certified Intuitive and Angelic Medium, Reiki Master and Ordained Minister.
Certified Yoga Teacher | Reiki Practitioner | Thai Yoga Massage Therapist
Debbie is a true example of how yoga can change someone’s life. Coming from years of being shy, insecure, a party girl (to cover up her shyness), a drinker and smoker, lonely, and quite lost in general, yoga brought peace to her inner dialogue of insecurities. It taught her about the innate power that we all have in making the daily decision to either follow the darkness or choose to be in the light. She lives each day passionate about the healing qualities that yoga offers each one of us, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
She received her 200 hour certification in 2007 from Jeannie Laslo at Red Door Yoga and has continued to delve deeper into the studies of yoga from some of the most heartfelt and influential teachers in yoga; Max Strom, Dinabandhu, Amrit Desai, Panditji Ramani Tigunait, Bhagavan Das, Krishna Das, and her teacher Yoganand. She is continuing her training in Advanced Teaching and Yoga Therapy through Pranakriya (a Kripalu based yoga) and continually uses The Yoga Sutras to guide her classes as well as her life. She offers private sessions for groups or individuals as well as individual Yoga Therapy sessions. She has also produced two Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) cd’s.
Combining her two passions of yoga and travel, Debbie has joined a new organization that offers retreats all over the world for the deep study of yoga and mindfulness www.SutraProject.com.
Debbie has also has expanded her services beyond yoga into other complimentary healing modalities. She is a Reiki practitioner, helping others to balance the energy centers of the body through light touch and intuitive guidance. She also is a Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, another modality working with the bodies’ energy that includes moving the joints and massaging the muscles of the body. Both techniques are incredibly restorative and balancing to the recipients’ body, mind, and heart.
Debbie wakes up each day excited to be able to live from a place of gratitude, love and joy. It is her passion to guide others towards their own inner power of self-confidence, joy, and most importantly self-love!
