Natalie D’Azzo, RYT, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist | Registered Yoga Teacher
Natalie began her journey into yoga in 2005 by taking classes at UCF. She first experienced yoga as a great exercise, but soon realized it was much more. Through yoga, especially pranayama, she learned how to control stress and anxiety; this was life changing! Natalie went on to deepen her study of yoga in 2008 becoming a registered yoga teacher. Natalie has always been interested in holistic health; however, teacher training sparked her interest in anatomy and physiology. She studied Thai Yoga Bodywork with Michael “Mukti” Buck of the Vedic Conservatory in 2008 and herbalism with Emily Ruff at the Florida School of Holistic Living in 2009. Natalie has completed massage therapy school and looks forward to combining all of her knowledge in order to treat her clients. Natalie’s treatments are gentle and nurturing, relaxing for the mind, body and soul. She is currently studying Ayurveda with Doreen Lopes, a Master’s Level student of Dr. David Frawley.
Natalie offers Swedish/Relaxation massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Pre-natal/Post-natal massage, and her specialty: Abhyanga. Abhyanga is an Ayurvedic heated oil massage combined with energy therapy. The oil is infused with herbs, although it can be practiced with plain oils, then it is warmed, applied liberally to the body and massaged into the skin in a particular pattern. The goal of the massage is to balance energies according to your specific needs. Natalie also offers Abhyanga followed by Shirodara. During Shirodara, warm oil is poured on the client’s third eye to allow for deep meditation. It is a truly divine treatment!
Violette Gibbs, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Violette is a believer in touch being the ultimate form of therapy. She suggests that massage can deliver an immediate healing effect and continuing benefits long after one has received a therapeutic massage. After experiencing firsthand the power of massage she decided that she would give to others in the hope that they would discover all of the benefits as well. Violette received her licensing from The Florida College of Natural Health in 2000. She has since continued her education in massage therapy offering deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, reflexology, Thai massage, sports massage and neuromuscular therapy. She specializes in chronic pain disorders. Her belief is that an hour on the table can restore years of vitality to one’s soul.
Violette practices Yoga and is an activist in coral reef preservation. Violette is a Biology senior at the University of Central Florida. Her area of focus is vertebrate anatomy and physiology. With her continued education at the university Violette has incorporated her knowledge of the human body into her restorative massage treatments.
