Since joining Red Sun Yoga, Pamela has mentored expectant mothers, taught pre-natal, post-partum and children’s yoga classes and shared her massage and doula practice with many of the studio’s clients and students.
A Parent who is touched with unconditional love is able to offer that same love to a newborn child. This somatic memory is what lets our hearts take flight.

Shea began her love for bodywork as a student at UCF in 2003 where she studied psychology, humanities, and religious studies. She decided to become a yoga teacher and trained at Red Sun Yoga in 2007.
Her interest in the body, its connectivity and functions led her to massage therapy school in Tallahassee at the CORE Institute School for Massage Therapy and Structural Bodywork (2008), where she learned to blend her two new loves together to pursue beautiful and profound results for both body and mind.
Since then, Shea has earned certifications in Thai Yoga Bodywork with the Vedic Conservatory (2008), Sports Massage (2008), Medical Massage (2008), Myofascial Therapy (2008) at the CORE Insitute School for Massage Therapy and Structural Bodywork, and Prenatal Massage with Touch Education (2010).

Natalie D’Azzo, RYT, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist | Registered Yoga Teacher
Natalie began her journey into yoga in 2005 by taking classes at UCF. She first experienced yoga as a great exercise, but soon realized it was much more. Through yoga, especially pranayama, she learned how to control stress and anxiety; this was life changing! Natalie went on to deepen her study of yoga in 2008 becoming a registered yoga teacher. Natalie has always been interested in holistic health; however, teacher training sparked her interest in anatomy and physiology. She studied Thai Yoga Bodywork with Michael “Mukti” Buck of the Vedic Conservatory in 2008 and herbalism with Emily Ruff at the Florida School of Holistic Living in 2009. Natalie has completed massage therapy school and looks forward to combining all of her knowledge in order to treat her clients. Natalie’s treatments are gentle and nurturing, relaxing for the mind, body and soul. She is currently studying Ayurveda with Doreen Lopes, a Master’s Level student of Dr. David Frawley.
Natalie offers Swedish/Relaxation massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Pre-natal/Post-natal massage, and her specialty: Abhyanga. Abhyanga is an Ayurvedic heated oil massage combined with energy therapy. The oil is infused with herbs, although it can be practiced with plain oils, then it is warmed, applied liberally to the body and massaged into the skin in a particular pattern. The goal of the massage is to balance energies according to your specific needs. Natalie also offers Abhyanga followed by Shirodara. During Shirodara, warm oil is poured on the client’s third eye to allow for deep meditation. It is a truly divine treatment!
