The oil is infused with herbs, although it can be practiced with plain oils, then it is warmed, applied liberally to the body and massaged into the skin in a particular pattern. The goal of the massage is to balance energies according to your specific needs. Natalie also offers Abhyanga followed by Shirodara. Sarah Morgan, RYT
Certified & Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher

Sarah Morgan discovered yoga in 2004 when a couple of friends dragged her to a Power Yoga classes at the YMCA, but was hooked after a workshop with Bryan Kest! She loved the yoga philosophy regarding compassion and non-judgment and couldn’t deny how the physical practice made her feel. In 2007, Sarah began to focus solely on yoga, which, at the time, was Ashtanga. Eventually, she began to think outside of the Ashtanga box and began to practice more vinyasa yoga, which challenged her in a different way. So many of the postures were new to Sarah – it was humbling and forced her to be patient and accepting of where she was – at that moment. Eventually, Sarah progressed to a point where she thought she might benefit from teacher training, not to become a teacher but to deepen her practice. In January 2011, Sarah began her nine-month journey to become a 200-hour RYT. As a new teacher, Sarah hopes to bring the same sense of kindness, honesty and integrity to her teaching as she does in her own practice.

Juliette Woronov, RYT
Certified & Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher

I’ve tried on many hats in my lifetime, becoming a yoga teacher was a natural evolution. Movement has always made me happy. I worked in music, I worked with fruit and now I work with bodies. Helping people to feel comfortable and alive in their skin. I started yoga in 2001, I was drawn by curiosity, intrigued by my parents bohemian background, and as a way to get in shape. The benefits for my body were instant, but also a calm and deep sense of joy took hold of me. As the years passed, ups and downs, yoga was always by my side. Eventually I moved to France and studied yoga under Gerard Arnaud in Paris, a Vinyasa expert, with him I travelled to India and intensified my practice. I never felt so alive and connected with the Earth and the people around me. Now I have come back to Orlando to share what I’ve learned but also to create a sense of harmony with what we live day to day and our deepest passions. Each class I teach is a little bit different depending on who’s there with me. I like to focus on breath, and to help each person feel and stretch their body no matter what shape. In our practice we will clear our head, inhabit our body and come out with a deeper sense of self and connection.
