Lisa Moore, RYT
Certified & Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher
Studio Manager and Director

Lisa Moore, Red Sun YogaLisa Moore is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, PiYo Instructor, and Kids Yoga Instructor. Her background as a gymnast and dancer throughout her childhood made the transition into yoga a natural process. Yoga has been a part of her life since childhood. Both her parents practice yoga, meditation, and pranayama daily. They taught her pranayama (breathing) techniques at a very young age to help her learn to work with her emotions, concentration, and focus. She was taught Transcendental Meditation(TM) at age 17 by a trained TM teacher. She believes that yoga is something that everyone should and can practice at any age. Starting the practice of yoga in childhood is a great way to compliment and balance other activities and it is an activity that can be continued throughout your lifetime.

Lisa received her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in December 2000. She worked as a Bank Consultant for several years before moving to Central Florida. She has now made teaching and practicing yoga her full time career.

Lisa loves to teach all levels of yoga and knows that each person will have their own experience and will take exactly what they need out of it each time they practice. Come try it out. Let’s practice yoga in our journey through life together.

James Schreiber, Red Sun YogaJim began the practice of yoga in 1995 at Yoga in Middletown in Middletown, Connecticut under the instruction of Sandra Kopell.
