Jenn Blackburn

Jenny's journey with yoga began in 2006 after a friend invited her to a Bikram yoga class for the first time. She fell in love with the meditative concentration it took to get into the physical postures. Eventually finding a more spiritual Hatha practice through a beloved teacher, Jenny's home and heart are on the mat. Her classes emphasize turning inward, letting your body guide your personal practice, and holding a sacred space for everyone to explore.

Margo Champion

Class styles I teach: Gentle, Restorative, Prenatal, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Vinyasa, Kids, Meditation and Yin.

My favorite yoga posture: Savasana! Relaxation, rejuvenation, restoration.

Fur babies: Marley the cat and Mo the guinea pig.

My favorite silly quote: “You can’t make everyone happy; you aren’t pizza.”

Best advice I ever received: All of the answers you seek are within. Depend on the still, small voice within.

Why I yoga: I yoga and meditate to heal and be aligned with love.

My passions outside of yoga: Being creative – drawing, painting, writing – a relaxing and fun way to express myself and allow emotion to flow.

Jen Miller

Jen’s journey with yoga started at time when she felt nothing could go right. Helpless and lost she turned to yoga. Witnessing the effects on her physical body right away, Jen became aware of herself. Her love of self grew as well as her spirituality. In 2014 she decided it was time for transformation and took the leap into teacher training. There she discovered her calling in life and went on to receive an additional certification in Kid’s Yoga. Jen’s classes are fun and playful. She will guide and support you on your journey to your true self through asana, yogic philosophy and pranayama.

Violette Gibbs, E-RYT200

Violette is an E-RYT 200hr registered yoga teacher from Red Sun's own Hatha teacher training program. Violette brings awareness of the anatomy to each posture, offering students a deeper connection with their own bodies.  

Sarah Morgan, E-RYT 200

Sarah is a registered 200 E-RYT who has studied with many popular instructors such as Bryan Kest, David Swenson, Joe Barnett and Tiffany Cruikshank. Students can expect a dynamic, vinyasa-based exploratory class with challenging balance postures and optional arm balances. 

Bricelyn Shafron

Class styles I teach: Hatha, Gentle, Vinyasa Flow, Yinyasa, Stress Relief, Back & Hips, Nidra

My favorite yoga posture: Sirsasana/Headstand: I love the shift in perspective and feeling how the strength in my core has developed with my practice. What once seemed impossible is now easy.

Fur babies: 9 kitties, plus fosters. I was fascinated by cats as a child, but we had dogs as pets. Never would have guessed I'd be a crazy cat lady, but I adore them so much! I fall in love with just about every cat I meet.

My favorite Quote: Be mindful of your thoughts, your thoughts become your words. Be mindful of your words, your words become your actions. Be mindful of your actions, your actions become your habits. Be mindful of your habits, your habits become your character.

Why I yoga:Yoga has drastically changed my life. I found something I didn't realize I was looking for in the practice. I've learned much about myself and how I want to live my life. I've found so much peace and contentment.

My passions outside of yoga: I love exploring forests and spend as much time hiking in the woods as possible, journeying into the mountains to camp by myself a couple of times each year. I enjoy photographing wildlife, glimpsing into the lives of animals and capturing their astounding beauty.

An excellent introductory class where beginners can learn and improve on their poses and breathing. Experienced students can focus on the foundations of their practice. Modifications are provided for all levels.
