Explore Yin Yoga.
Settle into postures that safely, gently and therapeutically
stress the joints and connective tissues. Each posture is tailored to each
individual’s body. Postures will be held for 3 - 5 minutes, with the support of blocks, blankets, bolsters and straps to allow relaxation and
to release muscular effort as much possible.
