Andrea Thein

Andrea Thein has been practicing meditation for five years with the New Kadampa Tradition, a Buddhist Lineage. She has learned how to use meditation to help others cultivate happy and positive minds, reducing stress, anxiety, and anger. Meditation allows us to find inner peace, self awareness and create a joyful mind all the time. She feels that meditation is a tool which is "portable and practical" for all people to use in their daily lives.Andrea also teaches Kids Yoga and completed a course of study through Global Family Yoga. Andrea is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance through Red Door Yoga's teacher training program. "Yoga and meditation are a big part of my life and I am every excited to share it with everyone who wishes to learn it."

Joni Giconi

Joni was first introduced to meditation in Boulder Colorado in 1984, and was trained with Hanna Kroeger in nutrition, herbs, and natural healing. She received her 200 hour certification with Jeannie Laslo at Red Door Yoga and is a registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Joni continues to broaden her knowledge of Yoga by receiving her certification to teach Children's Yoga with Mira Binzen, Global Family Yoga and to teach Yoga Therapy in Private Lessons through Jeannie Laslo, ERYT. Joni recently received a certification with the Vedic Conservatory for Thai-Yoga Bodywork, a great complement to yoga. She was drawn to the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga and meditation, and focuses on deep relaxation, lowering stress, increasing creativity, and attaining inner happiness and peace.

Jaime Rosenzweig

Jeremy began practicing Yoga in 2006 at Red Sun Yoga and was immediately fascinated by the wealth of benefits involved. For him Yoga offers not only the obvious physical benefits, but a deep spiritual experience that has motivated him to explore teacher training. Jeremy is a voice professor at UCF, teaching classical voice and pedagogy. The parallels between classical singing and Yoga are numerous and Jeremy enjoys bringing Yoga into the voice studio as well as presenting lectures and demonstrations of Yoga to the musical community. He is thrilled to be able to bring his love for teaching into the Yoga studio as well, and to share his love of Yoga with everyone.Jeremy is a registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance. He earned his 200 hours teacher certification with Jeannie Laslo at Red Sun Yoga.

Charrell Reese

Always on the path to peace, she rediscovered Yoga in 2006 which expanded her awareness to include the eight limbs of yoga and its restorative benefits. In 2009, she complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training and since then has become a meditation teacher with a focus on helping people integrate meditation, yoga wisdom, and spiritual life-skills to heal and find inner peace. She is always amazed at what unfolds in your life if you simple take care of the present moment with love, patience, kindness and grace.

Violette Gibbs, E-RYT200

Violette is an E-RYT 200hr registered yoga teacher from Red Sun's own Hatha teacher training program. Violette brings awareness of the anatomy to each posture, offering students a deeper connection with their own bodies.
