Why I yoga: I yoga and meditate to heal and be aligned with love.

My passions outside of yoga: Being creative – drawing, painting, writing – a relaxing and fun way to express myself and allow emotion to flow.



Margo Champion instructs the following:
  • YinYasa (fusion of Yin and Vinyasa Yoga)
  • The fusion of Yin yoga with Vinyasa flow creates an integrated, balanced 75-minute yoga practice. The Vinyasa portion is flowing movement requiring strength and balance. The heat and internal awareness generated burns off excess energy allowing for a quieting of the body and mind in order to drop more fully into the Yin portion. These longer held poses are designed to release connective tissues and create space and integrity in the joints; allowing energy to flow through the body.

  • Gentle Yoga
  • More warm ups are provided, sun breaths are used instead of sun salutations and postures are not held as long. Inversions offered are gentle in nature such as legs up the wall. Each posture is taught with modifications to accommodate any level.

  • Gentle Yoga with Yoga Nidra
  • More warm ups are provided, sun breaths are used instead of sun salutations and postures are not held as long. Inversions offered are gentle in nature such as legs up the wall. Each posture is taught with modifications to accommodate any level. The class will end with a restorative guided meditation, Yoga Nidra translates to Yogic Sleep, allowing for deep relaxation. It is practiced in savasana, lying on the back. No yoga experience is required.

  • Kids Yoga - 5 week session
  • Kid's Yoga is available in 5 week packages. During the 5 weeks children, ages 4-9 will grow in their yoga and meditation practices and form bonds with their fellow students. Classes are one hour and include yoga, meditation, savanna, games and crafts. Each 5 week block is different.Three blocks are coming up. Register for one or all three. A minimum of 5 children must be registered for the classes to take place. A maximum of 10 children per class for individualized attention.

  • An excellent introductory class where beginners can learn and improve on their poses and breathing. Experienced students can focus on the foundations of their practice. Modifications are provided for all levels.
