Bryanna Pulsiano instructs the following:
  • Hatha I/II with Yoga Nidra
  • Beginning with warm ups and sun salutations, a Hatha II class will be structured similarly to the Hatha I class with prolonged holding of the postures and/or more difficult modifications to familiar postures as well as introducing intermediate level postures. Inversions may include legs up the wall, shoulder stand, handstand or head stand. Some arm balancing postures may also be incorporated. Modifications are always given. Some yoga experience is recommended. You will end the class with a restorative guided meditation, Yoga Nidra translates to Yogic Sleep, allowing for deep relaxation.

  • Naturally Healthy Home - A Make and Take Series
  • Mondays: October 22, 29 & November 5, 12 at 6:00 -7:00 PM
     
    Members: $75, Non-members $85 (includes all materials)
    Class size limited to 10. Pre-registration required.

     

    Everyone can benefit by being exposed to fewer chemicals. Learn how to make your own cleaning products and self-care items in this four-week series with Bryanna.

     

    Week 1: Foaming hand soap and foaming face wash. Make and take one of each.
    Week 2: Dish detergent and powdered dishwasher detergent. One of each per student.
    Alternative recipe for liquid dishwasher detergent given.
    Week 3: Laundry detergent. Take home 3 gallons each.
    Week 4: Lip balm. One lip balm each.

     

    Each class will include handouts with recipes of what you will be making that day as well as the benefits of the basic ingredients of each product. You will also receive alternative recipes and tips to customize your products at home.
