Anna Woods instructs the following:
  • Warm Bhakti Flow
  • Bhakti is the yoga of devotion. Take time at the beginning of this warm and powerful practice to devote your actions to yourself, another or a higher power. Prior yoga experience required.

  • Gentle/Level 1
  • An excellent introductory class where beginners can learn and improve on their poses and breathing. Experienced students can focus on the foundations of their practice. Modifications are provided for all levels.
