My favorite yoga posture: Adho Mukha Kapotasana(Downward Facing Pigeon). I love all versions of Pigeon but this has so many benefits all rolled into one. Plus it allows me to truly bring my focus inward. I could stay in it for hours.
Fur, feathered, and scaled babies: 2 snakes, 6 lizards, 1 tarantula, several fish tanks, koi pond, 4 chickens, Shiba Inu(Kibou), and a kitty(Lennon).
Best advice I ever received: Follow Your Heart
Why I yoga: It feeds my mind, body, heart and soul on all levels, and reminds me to be patient, thankful and giving in all things.
My passions outside of yoga: Art, music, gardening, kayaking/camping and raising awareness about the environment/reducing waste.
