My favorite yoga posture: Handstands. I love the flip in perspective it brings to the practice. They continue to teach me to be patient and to believe in myself, both on and off the mat. Plus I feel like I'm flying, which is always fun!
Fur babies: KJ is my cute little jungle cat and I'm quite obsessed her! She makes my heart melt. Sassy, my family's 21 year old cat, is really living life to the fullest. We also have two loving doggies, Milly and Lucky.

Why I yoga: It feels amazing!! Yoga taught me to fall in love with life and helps relieve my chronic back pain. It keeps my soul nurtured and connected, and my mind open, understanding, and creative.
