My favorite yoga posture: Janu Sirsasana A – (head to knee pose) – because it feels so good to open the hips and stretch through the side body while connecting with my breath and allowing the posture to take form.
Fur babies: Two cute Pekinese that I love so much! They have so much personality and always remind me to keep a sense of humor.

Why I yoga: I yoga to study myself, to connect with my true self, to connect to the divine, to be a kinder person, to stay flexible and to stay strong.
My passions outside of yoga: I love to travel and have traveled many places and look forward to traveling more. I also love being a mom to my daughter Jaxyn.
