YOGA TEACHER TRAINING OF CENTRAL FLORIDA

Are you looking for the next step in moving forward with your yoga practice?

Yoga Teacher Training of Central Florida offers 200-hour and 500-hour certification programs in Hatha yoga, and numerous other companion trainings. We are certified by the Yoga Alliance, and have been a Registered School since 2004.

These programs are designed for those who:

• plan to teach traditional Hatha Yoga
• wish to incorporate yoga into a health-related career
• seek to deepen their personal practice and understanding of yoga
  without the intention of teaching

When you have completed the 200-hour certification program you may register with the Yoga Alliance to become a registered yoga teacher (RYT).

When you have completed the 500-hour certification program you may apply to the Yoga Alliance to receive your 500-RYT.

Teacher Training Program

The Teacher Training Program offers participants a deeper understanding of the evolution of yoga. We invite you to awaken and inspire the teacher within, as you journey into inner transformation.

In its sixth year, the program presents one of the most thorough and comprehensive trainings in central Florida, graduating over 90 teachers. We provide local practitioners with a way to further their yogic education without the need for traveling to a far-away city. Our programs are intensive and thorough, but allow you the opportunity to stay close to home and continue work, school and personal obligations.
