My experience with Red Sun Yoga Teacher Training was excellent. The format for learning was extremely well thought out and structured, preparing students to be successful and confident teachers upon completion. I thoroughly enjoyed the comprehensive nature of the program. With its emphasis on yogic philosophy, and specifically the 8 limbs of yoga, I was challenged to look beyond Asana (posture) and discover the many wonderful aspects of yoga. It was also a great joy to be surrounded by fellow students as enchanted with yoga as I was. I would recommend this program to anyone with a strong desire to deepen their practice and better understand and appreciate yoga. Thank you Red Sun, Lisa, Allison & Violette.” – Graduate 2014
