In 2017, I found my first yoga class, and since then I've been passionate about exploring different forms of movement, expression, and thought to invite sustainable healing into not only my life, but those in my community as well.

My teaching style centers around making yoga accessible for everyone and integrates trauma-sensitive yoga practices to make my class a safe space to explore your mind, body, and breath.

I am certified in Hatha, Gentle, and Kids Yoga, as well as a Warriors at Ease Level II teacher for veteran/trauma informed yoga.
