Jen Miller

The purpose of yoga is complete and total integration of body, mind, and spirit. Through asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation, the classes I teach are designed to be a supportive, inclusive and a safe environment to explore and experience through your own direct experience the unification of body, mind, and spirit. My teaching style is derived from my roots as a student of Ashtanga and Kundalini Yoga. I have over a decade of experience as a student, and I have been teaching since 2014. I have studied with many teachers and yoga masters over there years that have influenced and inspired me - Krista Shirley, John Vosler, Kamini Desai and Amrit Desai and all the senior teachers at Amrit Yoga Institute. My wish for every student that comes to class is that you leave with a deeper connection to the source within and may my love serve as a reminder that you are whole and complete, just as you are.
