Favorite asana: currently is Paschimottanasana- It is calming and helps me unwind

Kids: 12yr old son Jayden he’s one of the most kind hearted loving human beings and one of my greatest teachers

Fur babies: Penny lane is my little calico and Ryder Bang was just rescued a few weeks ago, he’s my cuddle bug.

Why Yoga: Yoga is liberating, I feel peace and happiness, for me its a lifestyle - makes life and interpersonal relationships so much better.

How I started: Shine On yoga around 2013, I was struggling with a lot of issues and every time I took a class I felt a little better each time.

Passions outside of yoga: Essential oils, plants and discovering our relationship to nature, plant-based cooking, dancing and painting, learning astrology, making my own toxic free products to use at home and on my body.
