Why I Yoga: For love, clarity and understanding. To share my journey of transformation and joy, and to continue to learn from others along the way.
How I started in yoga: I began meditating as a child. I slowly began adding asana and other limbs of yoga 20 years ago, which led to serious study and eventually teacher training.
Certifications: 200 RYT, Yin certification and study with Joe Barnett.
Passions outside of yoga: I am also an elementary teacher, having taught in the classroom for 17 years. I currently teach privately for homeschooled students
