We welcome you to Red Sun Yoga, a beautiful yoga studio in Orlando, FL, designed for everyone, regardless of your level of experience. We are conveniently located in Winter Springs, FL, serving central Florida yoga opportunities, as well as the surrounding areas of Winter Park, Oviedo, Waterford Lakes, Maitland and Casselberry.
We offer a wide variety of yoga classes that include Hatha Basics, Hatha Level I, Hatha Flow and Vinyasa Flow 7 days a week with certified and registered yoga teachers. Group classes at Red Sun Yoga are Hatha Yoga with an Integral influence, which integrates the eight limbs of yoga and emphasizes the three components of Hatha Yoga - postures, breath and meditation.
Classes are taught in a gently challenging and non-competitive manner which assist in creating an inward focus. Other classes that are offered at Red Sun include Ashtanga, Back Care Yoga, Stress Relief Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Family Yoga, Meditation and Private Yoga Lessons.
Reap the benefits of a relaxing massage following a yoga class. The massage suite provides a serene setting for Red Sun's specialty massages. Couple's Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Shiatsu and Hot Stone are all available for you 6 days a week.
Red Sun Yoga is a registered yoga school with the Yoga Alliance and provides the area's highest quality 200-hour certification program for teacher training. The course is offered every spring and fall for individuals seeking to deepen their personal practice or register as a yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
Red Sun is also a center for continuing education in health and wellness offering programs in holistic health and nutrition, as well as art therapy.

In Yoga, the body and mind are linked to create a state of internal peacefulness and integration, bringing the individual from a state of separation to a self-unity that is flexible, accepting and whole. At the practical level, Yoga utilizes stretching postures, breathing, and meditation techniques to calm the emotional state of the mind and tone the body.
