With over 40 regular classes on the schedule, many extraordinary workshops, kirtan and teacher trainings, you’re sure to find a home for your soul here.
As you walk through the studio doors, allow the stresses and busyness of the day to melt away. Once you begin to move through your practice, notice how the mind clears, allowing the body to relax. By the end of your class you
become aware of how relaxed and calm you are, how energized and clear. Welcome to your practice. We’re so glad you’re here.
Come in, stretch, strengthen, relax, go deep. Take a yoga class – Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga for Stress Relief, Yoga for Back and Hips. Flow Yoga from gentle to power, Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra. Private lessons also available for Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Therapy. Or perhaps a little body work sounds good to you. Book a massage or Reiki session.
