Yoga Teacher Training

“My experience with Red Sun Yoga Teacher Training was excellent. The format for learning was extremely well thought out and structured, preparing students to be successful and confident teachers upon completion. I thoroughly enjoyed the comprehensive nature of the program. With its emphasis on yogic philosophy, and specifically the 8 limbs of yoga, I was challenged to look beyond Asana (posture) and discover the many wonderful aspects of yoga. It was also a great joy to be surrounded by fellow students as enchanted with yoga as I was. I would recommend this program to anyone with a strong desire to deepen their practice and better understand and appreciate yoga. Thank you Red Sun, Lisa, Allison & Violette.”
