Kid's Yoga is available in 5 week packages. During the 5 weeks children, ages 4-9 will grow in their yoga and meditation practices and form bonds with their fellow students. Classes are one hour and include yoga, meditation, savanna, games and crafts. Each 5 week block is different.Three blocks are coming up. Register for one or all three. A minimum of 5 children must be registered for the classes to take place. A maximum of 10 children per class for individualized attention.

Yoga Nidra accesses the subconscious mind, relaxing the body, releasing stress and anxiety, creating lasting positive change and integration. Offering this experience to your family and friends can help them begin to relax and let go. This is a simple way to share with them what you have learned through your yoga practice and all they have to do is lie down and close their eyes.
As a yoga teacher, offering an extended yoga nidra at the end of your class or a class soley based on yoga nidra is a great gift to your students.
This training is open to everyone who would like to help others find peace. If you are a registered yoga teacher you will also receive a certificate for 10 CEU hours upon completion.
During this intensive we will: • Learn about the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga nidra • Work with the koshas to access the point of choiceless awareness • Learn how to move yourself and others from duality to polarity to unity • Set intentions and learn how to help others set intentions to use during yoga nidra • Experience two or more yoga nidra practices • Learn how to structure a yoga nidra experience • Create themes for your yoga nidra classes • Create and practice a yoga nidra script to offer to others.

Strength, Flight and Grace - Part 3

GRACE - June 17, 1-3 PM
The grace is in the transitions! Arm balances and inversions are the gateway to a playful practice. In this workshop we will learn to use strength and flight to move freely from one pose to the next. Some of the transitions we will work on include crow to headstand, headstand to chaturanga, twisting chair to side crow and firefly to eight angle pose.
A consistent yoga practice is recommended for this workshop.
