Single rooms are $3600 and shared rooms are $2800. Both require a $500 deposit to hold the room. We only have three double rooms available, so if you know that you're traveling with someone, be sure to get your deposit down as soon as you can.

All monies must be paid by July 30, 2025. Please contact us if you'd like to arrange payments. We will be happy to help!

You may cancel your retreat plans for a full refund up to 90 days to the retreat. Any cancellation less than 90 days prior to the retreat start date will lose their deposit.

There’s a little something for everyone. Some activities are more active, some quieter, but there’s always a choice. If you’re into yoga, food, history, nature, coastal life, international exploration, lively fun people, then this retreat is for you!

This is YOUR retreat! We have included a few select activities to enhance your experience, but you are not required to participate in any activity that you are not comfortable doing. Skipping yoga class, sleeping in, taking downtime, booking alternative activities on your own is completely acceptable! Refunds/credits will not be given for missed activities/meals/etc. and any costs incurred during free time will be your own responsibility.

LiveWell Retreats feel that being part of a local community makes the expereince all the richer! Your retreat will be in Ericeira, a beach town just 30 minutes from the Lisbon airport. Small enough to relax, but with modern conveniences and specialty shops thanks to a thriving international and digital nomad influence.

The weather will be 72F/58F. Warm in the sun and cool in the evening (think Southern California meets old world Europe.) The people are modern, international, kind and hospitable to visitors and expats who flow with the local vibe. There’s a warm, pride and personal touch to their casual, yet thoughtful attitude. I can’t wait for you to experience the “calma” life and enjoy the view!

LiveWell is a full service travel advisor and can assist with making routing and flight suggestions and even make your reservations for you if you like, but you will be responsible for your ticket purchase and arrival to Lisbon the day of the retreat.

For those arriving at the same time, we will arrange a shared ride from the Lisbon airport. All transportation during the retreat is included, except for excursions you may take during your free time.

Bolt and Uber are a convenient way to get around Ericeira is you want to venture out, but not available from the airport. Otherwise, Ericeira is very walkable. For the return trip to Lisbon, we will assist in arranging shared rides based on your flight time.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for anyone attending a retreat. All participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, which we recommend also include COVID related events, medical costs and repatriation, as well as cancellation costs if you cannot travel due to contracting the virus or if you have to self-isolate in another location. All expenses for testing, treatment or self-isolation are the responsibility of the participant.

For the widest insurance flexibility, we recommend a travel insurance policy with CANCEL FOR ANY REASON (CFAR) coverage. Please consult an insurance carrier provider BEFORE booking and paying for a retreat, airfares, hotels, and other travel related expenses, etc.

Travel to Portugal is easy. Just a valid passport is required. Rarely are you asked any details about your travel plans, but if requested, here is the address of your accomodation:

The Reserva Hotel is in the middle of the old village, surrounded by history, shops, restaurants and steps away from local beaches. We will enjoy an exclusive use of the hotel for the duration of our stay. Make yourself at home!

All meals are included, except lunch on your free days. We will enjoy healthy, local vegetarian (and one amazing pescatarian option!) meals. Most meals will have options for gluten-free, vegan, plant-based, dairy-free items. Please let us know any dietary needs we can plan for. While these are higher quality restaurants, the attire is still comfortable and casual.

If you want to find snacks, I suggest the local specialty market Loja da Amelia or The Organic Way. There is also Continente, a larger chain grocery store.

Most places use touchless pay with your phone or card, but some shops will only acept Euro. You can likely get a better rate at your home bank, but there is a reputable bank very near the guesthouse. I recommend getting Euros there if you need. Remember to accept the local rate for fewer fees and better exchange rate. Be sure to notify your bank and credit card company of your travel plans so there are no unexpected pauses on your account.

There’s also an app called Revolut that is very helpful with international purchases. You can link it to your accounts or place money in your Revolut account to avoid fees.

Euros will be for tips for your drivers, guides, etc and for smaller shops or artists. Here’s a quick article that explains the benefits.

Tips: a moderate tip of 10-15% is very appreciated. If paying by card, It is up to you to tell them the amount you’d like to charge to you card if you want to include tip. You will not be presented with a receipt to add a tip after.

Laundry service will be available at additional cost. This and any additional services will be billed to your room and paid at check out.

The room will be cleaned after breakfast. If you do not want the room to be cleaned, please put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. Rooms with new check-ins will be cleaned first.
