Please choose your package carefully and note its expiration date; there are no extensions or holds on class packages of any kind.

· Class Cancellation policy. If you cannot attend a class that you have reserved, we kindly request that you cancel ahead of time so that another student may attend. Cancellations made less than two (2) hours prior to the start of class will be charged for the class. Members who cancel less than two (2) hours prior to the start of class will be charged $15 to their CC on file.

· Class No Shows. No shows will be charged for their class as if they attended. Members who do not show up for their reserved spots will have a $15 charge made to their CC on file.

· Membership Cancellations. Cancellations for memberships must give 30 days written notice to our email at sarah@redsunyoga.com. Sorry, we are unable to issue partial refunds for unused months. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. This policy is firm.

· Account Suspension. Memberships holders may suspend their accounts for one (1) 30-day period PER CALENDAR YEAR. This policy is firm.

· Membership Changes. All membership changes must be made in writing NO LESS THAN seven (7) days prior to the requested change. Membership change requests must be emailed to sarah@redsunyoga.com.

· All class packages are activated on the date of purchase. Class packages expire three months from the date of purchase.

· I’M LATE!! We do not allow late entrance into our classes. This is out of respect for both the teacher and the other students. Because of our commitment to this, we lock the doors promptly at the posted class time. Please do not knock on the door or side windows to the studio.
