Quinta da Sant'Anna Winery

Where luxury meets "calma" ...

October 11 - 18, 2025

Saturday. Ahhhhhhh-rive. We will be met at the Lisbon airport by our local retreat organizer, Jenny. She will escort us to our beautiful guest house, Reserva, which is very centrally located. We will have exclusive use of this charming hotel. Upon arrival and settling in, Jenny will lead us on a brief walking tour of the village and answer any questions that we may have. We will make our way to yoga around 2p. For dinner, we will enjoy a beautiful, pescatarian meal at Costa Fria, a local restaurant that combines coastal Atlantic products with Mediterranean cuisines and techniques.

Sunday. Rise and shine with morning yoga class at 8.00a! Breakfast begins at 9.30a in the breakfast room. After breakfast, Jenny will lead us in an Intention Setting workshop. After our workshop, we will head to lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a Mountain Bike or Hike to Ribeira d'Ilhas, one of the most popular and famous surf spots in Portugal. We'll head back to the guest house for afternoon yoga. Dinner will be a short walk to another local dining destination

Monday. Following our morning yoga and breakfast, we will head to Quinta de Sant’Ana for a wine picnic. On arrival at the Quinta, we will collect our hampers and meander to a personalized spot. Hampers will include a variety of tapas, fruit and homemade cakes, topped off with a bottle of Quinta de Sant’Ana wine (1 bottle per 2 person), and a wander through the vineyards. We will return to our guest house in time for a 90m sound bath. Dinner on Tuesday will be private chef-prepared plant based banquet.

Tuesday. Free day! You'll be free to sleep in, head to the beach or wander in the village. Massages will be available on Tuesday. We will have two options for those who are looking to maximize their adventure - a day trip to Cascais or a ceramics workshop. These two excursions are not included in the retreat pricing. Lunch is on your own (we will have a list of recommended local restaurants). We will reconvene at the guest house for afternoon yoga and dinner in the early evening.

Wednesday. Following our morning yoga session and breakfast, we will head to Sintra, a charming Portuguese town located in the hills of the Serra de Sintra. This UNESCO World Heritage site is captivating, with its wealth of opulent palaces, extravagant villas and historical sites, all set amongst lush forests and jagged hills. We will have lunch in Colares before heading to Cabo de Roca, the most westerly point of mainland Europe. With its towering cliffs and windswept lands, it was once believed to be the edge of the world! We'll return to Reserva in time for delicious pizza at a local destination.

Thursday. Free day! You'll be free to sleep in, head to the beach or wander in the village. Massages will be available on Thursday. We will have two MORE options for those who are looking to maximize their adventure - a day trip to Obidos or an art workshop. These two excursions are not included in the retreat pricing. Lunch is on your own (we will have a list of recommended local restaurants). We will reconvene at the guest house for afternoon yoga, dining at another local restaurant.

Friday. Self care day! Our final day will be filled with more massages (Thai massage with Jenny is available at an additional cost). We will also be treated to a sauna/cold plunge at a local oasis, all in preparation for our final evening. We'll gather at Balagan for a sunset dinner with salsa lessons and a DJ dance party!

Saturday. Adeus! Brunch will be served from 8.00 - 10.00a. Jenny will escort us back to the Lisbon airport where you can make your way home or to other destinations. Boa viagem!
