Rachel’s journey with yoga began in 2013. After years of severe chronic back pain from an old gymnastics injury, she decided to give yoga a try. Within two months, she was feeling significantly less pain in her back and unexpectedly, improvements in her thoughts and mood. From then on, Rachel’s life was transformed - yoga was the best part of her day, every single day. Rachel completed her 200hr teacher training in 2015 then completed her Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher training (RCYT) in December 2020. She teaches from the heart, designing compassionate and playful sequences, so one can leave feeling peaceful and inspired. Rachel creates a nurturing and safe environment to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind, and spirit for yogis of all levels and is known to always have a smile on her face!
Rachel is experienced in teaching beginner yoga, gentle yoga, power yoga, vinyasa yoga, children’s yoga, and yoga for seniors.
