Tori discovered yoga in 2019, after struggling with panic attacks and debilitating anxiety. She was blown away by the sense of peace she discovered on her mat. A few months later, she attended teacher training, intent on mastering each pose “perfectly”. She was pleasantly surprised to discover the world of yogic philosophy, which was transformative in her life. She says, “Yoga has deepened my meditation practice and helps me keep my body healthy without aggravating old injuries. I take joy in the balance between my inward-focused yoga practice and using the asana to strengthen my body, remain healthy and express myself!” Tori is also passionate about mental health, having spent 12 years in the medical field as a radiology tech. She loves to incorporate that knowledge into her classes.
